ジョーカー&ハーレイビジュアル公開！
前作「ニンジャバットマン」では第六天魔王を名乗り戦国時代をひっかきまわしたジョーカーとその相棒ハーレイ・クインが本作「ニンジャバットマン対ヤクザリーグ」でも登場！キャラクターデザインは岡崎能士。
そのデザインは画像のとおり、「鬼魔愚零道化師」や「暴笑鬼族」といった“ヤンキー漢字”が躍る紫の特攻服姿のジョーカーと、ロングスカートでヤンキー座りのハーレイ・クインという、DC史上最もアグレッシブなキャラクターとなりました。果たしてこの二人、バットマンファミリーとヤクザリーグとの壮絶なバトルでどんなトリックスターを演じるのか⁉声は、前作「ニンジャバットマン」から引き続きジョーカーを高木渉、ハーレイ・クインを釘宮理恵が担当します。

In the released art, The Joker is dressed in a Japanese gangster's trench coat in purple with Chinese characters such as “moody clown” and “laughing aristocrat”. Harley Quinn is squatting in a long skirt, making the two of them the most aggressive characters in DC history. What kind of trickster will these two play in the fierce battle between the Batman family and the Yakuza League!? The voice casts will continue from the previous “Batman Ninja”, with Wataru Takagi as the Joker and Rie Kugimiya as Harley Quinn.
